Order help

1) Please choose "Shop" from the main menu on the left side.

2) Afterwards you get to the country selection. Please choose your country where you are ordering from.

3) Then you get to the product selection of our shop. Here you can choose the category from the pull-down menu.

3) After that choose your desired article and the order size and press the "Add to the shopping cart"-button.

5) Now you have been forwarded to the shopping cart. Here you can change the order size or delete a product. You also can already see the terms of condition.

6) As a next step please choose your desired way of payment.

7) If you are done wir your selections, just click on the "Proceed to checkout"-button to get to the next step.

8) Now you have to enter your invoice- and delivery data. In the field "Notes" you can write us special wishes regarding your order. Afterwards we request you to read trough our terms of conditions and to save them.
   Before finishing the order you have to check the box "I have read and accepted the terms of condition." With the button "proceed to checkout" you will get to an overview of your order.

9) If all your entered data are right, please click on the "Finalize order!"-button to send your order to us.

10) Briefly you will receive an order confirmation by Mail.

Creditcard payment / PayPal

The creditcard payment will be handled by PayPal. VISA/MasterCard and American Express are allowed for payment. All data will be transfered encrypted via SSL and are protected against misuse. On the PayPal website you can enter your creditcard data and you have an overview for your order, wich can be printed out. After finishing the payment you will get back to our PROfertil website and you will receive an order confirmation via mail briefly.
